Saturday:

0900-1030 Introduction to the UCS. Presentation on Special forces and martial arts fighting methods
1030-1045 Break
1045-1215 Evaluation of existing skills. Scenarios set by training team
1215-1300 Lunch
1300-1430 Demo by training team. Introduction to the Urwin Machine
1430-1445 Break
1445-1615 Instruction in the Urwin machine (basic moves)
1615-1630 Break
1630-1800 Recap and question and answer session

Sunday:

Time Activity
0900-1030 Recap basic moves
1030-1045 Break
1045-1215 Further instruction in the Urwin Machine
1215-1300 Lunch and question and answer session
1300-1430 Recap training and introduction to further training courses
